The Story
In 2017, Related Group and Miamik Dolphins owner, Stephen M. Ross commissioned Young to create the Face of Real Madrid and Face of Barcelona for El Clásico Miami at Hard Rock Stadium. The one-of-a-kind commission resulted in an enormous installation of two 65-ft by 5ft portraits, born of the YOUNG WORLD FACES series, that became iconic symbols of that historic event.
The moment those pieces were unveiled at the Fontainebleau, Faces Of El Clásico so powerfully impacted the media, the audience, and the world.
